Diet Meal Strategy

This weekly diet plan meal strategy permits you to shed about 5 kilograms. Mostly it consists of vegetables and fruits rich in nutritional vitamins. There is only 1 drawback of this diet meal plan: it will be difficult to follow it at work time.

  • fifteen.00 – stewed vegetables, salad, bio yogurt.

  • 19.double zero – a glass of orange fruit juice or one orange.
  • nineteen.thirty – inexperienced salad, excess fat-free curd, bio yogurt.

Day 3

  • seven.thirty – glass of fresh juice or h2o.
  • 8.double zero Oatmeal with milk.
  • 10.double zero yogurt, a glass of tea or coffee.

Working day four

  • seven.thirty – two mandarins.
  • 8.double zero oatmeal with milk.
  • ten.00 – yogurt, a piece of black bread, a glass of tea or coffee.
  • eleven.00 – an apple.
  • thirteen.00 – 100 g of boiled prawns.
  • fifteen.double zero – inexperienced salad, stewed eggplants, two slices of cheese.
  • seventeen.double zero – 4 pieces of dried apricots and prunes.
  • nineteen.00 – fried eggs with tomatoes.
  • 19.30 – boiled vegetables, bio yogurt.

Day five

  • 7.30 – 2 kiwi fruit.
  • eight.00 oatmeal with milk.
  • 10.00 – toast of dark bread with jam, a cup of tea or coffee.
  • 11.double zero – an apple.
  • thirteen.double zero – one hundred g of boiled chicken breast.
  • fifteen.double zero – inexperienced salad, 100 g of cauliflower or broccoli, yogurt.
  • seventeen.double zero – one pear.
  • nineteen.double zero – a glass of orange fruit juice or 1 orange.
  • nineteen.30 – tomatoes, baked potato with cheese, cottage cheese.

Day six

  • seven.30 – orange.
  • eight.double zero oatmeal.
  • 10.00 – yogurt, a piece of dark bread, a glass of teas or coffee.
  • 11.00 – an apple.
  • 13.double zero – stewed greens.
  • fifteen.double zero – one hundred g of boiled fish, green salad and a slice of cheese.
  • seventeen.double zero – four almonds, 3 hazelnuts, 1 walnut.
  • nineteen.00 2 fried eggs with mushrooms.
  • 19.30 – stewed vegetables, inexperienced salad.

Day 7

  • 1.5 kilograms of apples for the whole working day (divided into six meals).

As you can see this weekly diet meal plan is balanced and includes various kinds of food so that will be very easy to follow it.
